The latest version of tx2000 Tablet PC is Pavilion tx2500 of HP. The AMD Puma processor and ATI Radeon HD 3200 integrated graphics of the tx2500 are included in the previous design. It is expected to execute better.

Design and Construction

The tx2500 has a rigid framework and design. Basically it has the same design as the tx2000, along the imprint finish of glossy “Echo” which pulls out onto the silver keyboard. It has quite a smooth appearance, but be careful as it is magnetic to fingerprint.

It is perfect for students as its weight is around 4.5 pounds. Though it is quite heavy to carry along all the time, but it is perfect for usage on your desk to take notes. You can even replace in the saver of the weight if the optical drive is not required.

The touch screen and the active digitizer of tx2500 makes the direction-finding of the Web simple. You can either use the pen or your finger. Features of entertainment, like speakers of Altec Lansing, a mini-remote control and quite a small number of media buttons, are available in the tx2500.
